My family recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our senior dog, and we are so grateful for the compassion we received at Pacific Veterinary Hospital.

Before finding Pacific Veterinary Hospital, we struggled to find a place that would truly listen to our concerns about our dog's quality of life without judgment. From the moment we spoke with their team, we were met with kindness, understanding, and genuine compassion.
The staff took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions, and discuss all of our options. They never pressured us in any direction. Instead, they helped guide us through an incredibly emotional and difficult decision with empathy and respect, allowing us to make the choice that was best for our beloved dog.

I found Pacific Veterinary Hospital on a weekend when my dog was needing medical attention. Dr. Casey was wonderful and Audra at the front desk was excellent. They both made me feel very comfortable and assured me that my dog was in a safe place. I found this clinic on the weekend when my dog needed help and I was so relieved that I didn’t have to drive out of town to an emergency veterinary clinic. Dr. KC on the staff was caring professional and very kind. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

I cannot thank this place enough! They did everything possible to save my cat after being blocked with crystals. He was quickly going downhill. Dr. Dhaliwal was extremely professional! He was patient and calm until my cat was comfortable around him before doing the exam. He explained everything thoroughly and went over different options. Nothing was rushed.
In the end my cat did end up requiring surgery. All the front and back staff were extremely caring and nice towards my pet. We continued going for follow up visits and it is now to the point where my skiddish cat is no longer scared to be there.
The office is very busy but they do try to see you in a timely manner. They are also open late so if your pet has a longer procedure, you can pick up your pet in the evening.

This team has saved our day so many times! I have brought a foster and my GSD in a few times. They have always given us a timely appointment. The customer service over the phone or in person is on point! I have seen three vets and EVERY one has been friendly and patient and let me feel heard. I am one of those difficult dog moms that has to express everything I feel is relevant. 😆
We are so grateful to have this team in the area. Last year we had to say goodbye to the foster (cancer). We were so supported through such a difficult time.
